Grief
Grief is one of the most painful experiences we face, and no two people experience it the same way. The loss of a parent, child, spouse, sibling, friend, or other loved one can affect every aspect of life, often bringing feelings of sadness, anxiety, anger, confusion, or isolation.
I provide grief counseling for children, teens, adults, and families navigating loss and learning how to move forward while honoring the people they love. Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, counseling can provide a safe space to process emotions, develop coping strategies, and find hope during difficult times.
As a Grief and Clinical Services Specialist at the Highmark Caring Place, I have extensive experience supporting grieving children, teens, and families. This work has given me a deep understanding of how grief affects people differently across the lifespan and reinforced my belief that healing is possible with compassionate support.
You do not have to navigate grief alone. Support is available, and healing can happen even after life's most profound losses.
